Vertebra´s management team is made up of civil engineers, architects and economists with over 20 years of experience in the management of national as well and international construction projects.
The Management Board includes executives who specialize in different areas of the sector, bringing to the strategy of the company and its customers the experience and know-how of their companies which then participate in the completion of the final products.
Drawing on extensive experience in the sector, the Vertebra team has analyzed the current model in the development and execution of engineering and construction projects. This model is based on the bidding process between suppliers and customers. For many clients, construction has become a commodity in which competitive pricing is crucial. As the product is still not defined when it is offered, a high level of uncertainty and risk are inevitable. In order to recoup losses, the current model is customer-aggressive, and this undermines confidence and reduces customer loyalty. The client often needs financial support, and financial advantages are used to close the contract. These circumstances jeopardize quality, schedules and after-sales service. Part of Vertebra´s analysis shows that the constructor tends to give greater priority to internal economic management than to the technical and commercial management, which would provide the client with added value. Above all, the client is demanding ever more from the product and so it is essential to minimize after-sales claims.
That is why Vertebra has the ability to take on the complete cycle of a building process: from the purchase of the land to the marketing of the finished product.
